"Hatsune Miku LAWSON 50th Anniversary Special LIVE" to be held! To commemorate the 50th anniversary of Lawson, the convenience store with which they have held numerous collaborations and campaigns , a special Hatsune Miku live performance has been decided !!!
We will be bringing you a live performance that can only be experienced at this time, including songs that will be performed for the first time at this live show, as well as songs from that collaboration project !

I think yes!! ^-^ Since this is a Lawson concert, probably they'll use the same Lawson platform of Magical Mirai live stream (there might be also pia.jp service, but it really depends on the organizers of the event).
About the Project Voltage live, there is a "Streaming" button in the ticket lottery page, but there aren't details about it yet. I think for both events, we'll know more for a possible live stream some weeks before

Based on the promotional video, I feel like this concert will follow Miku Fes 24's footsteps and use an LED screen. My theory for this is that Mirai 2013 and 2015 suffered greatly from audience reflections due to the venue being an arena unlike Makuhari Messe and Intex Osaka, where the concert halls are flat.

I would love to be proven wrong.
