How do I make tuning less painful in Piapro V4X?

In Piapro V4X, when I try to edit some of the parameters like XSY, it's really annoying because it tries to connect the dots, but I don't want that. I want to be able to draw it our how it looks in my head. Attached are images of what I'm talking about in case my explanation wasn't clear enough :)

Turn off the snap grid by clicking the yellow button next to the note sizes, or click the note size button to choose a smaller size.
