Question how to install v4x english?

so i just got miku v4x(boxed ver.) and i've installed her jp vbs but i don't have an installer for her english. i heard something similar with the kagamines was going on but i don't know how to do this.

She should have a card in her box that mentions her English bank. It’ll give you a website where you can create an account and download her. I just left my mom’s, else I’d check my box and make the instructions more clear...

But yeah, you download her online. Best of luck!

i can't find anything pertaining to her english bank, and i can't read japanese as well as i speak it, so i'm having trouble navigating.

Did you specifically purchase her bundle, or just her V4X? Her English bank comes separately.

EDIT: I’m so sorry if that comes across as condescending, I was just wondering! Since Meiko, Kaito, and Luka’s English VBs come with them, Rin/Len and Miku’s being separate can be easily overlooked. Alternatively, Crypton packs a ton of stuff into the boxes usually, so it might also just be buried in all that mess.

Alright. It should be on either a square, small card or on an orange piece of card stock. Otherwise...

i have the orange card, but i can't find where to activate anything. i'm scared of losing her in 2 weeks hhh

edit: update i've activated all the jp banks, now for english which i still can't find.

edit 2: miku english has been located and is downloading :)

she was on the crypton site, i had to log in and put in her serial number so they'd give me a download for her.
