I can find the serial codes of Vocaloids I've already activated? I've misplaced VY1V4's serial code.

The only way I've ever heard of seeing the code of an already activated Vocaloid is to open the deactivation tool and get the file for offline activation and it'll be in that .txt. I'ce never tried it and it seems risky but that's the only way I've heard it be done (aside for V2's which have their serials shown in the import tool )
