Question Mixing Really Noisy Banks?

Long story short, I'm using Gahata Meiji for backing vocals in a cover, but her Fairy vb seems to be incredibly noisy, even after EQ, compression, etc.. Perhaps those of you with more experience in mixing noisy banks might be able to help?
I've heard of using a de-noiser, but I really can't drop funds on a plugin for just one voice right now, haha. If anyone knows any good free ones, though, I'm all ears!

also there is a free plugin call ReaFIR from Reaper.

but it's quite complicated.
How it work is like build noise profiles and subtract noise from the signal. i might do list it on my resources.
