I really love the medium of Vocaloid, I also really love the medium of sampling/flipping tracks in music production. To share my love for both, I decided to do just that to some Vocaloid songs I personally enjoy, with Y to Y, and Drop Pop Candy (Cover version by Giga & Reol). I take a lot of inspiration from the medium of HipHop instead of just covers or remixes!

I fully produced/mixed everything in the tracks including the flipping of the original sample, I hope to keep improving on my tracks! And I hope to chop more in the future :>

These are really good! i especially like the first one and its chord progression. its got a very cinematic feel which is one of my favorite styles!

One thing i would try playing with is every time she repeats the same thing change the velocity or volume just a little bit on each repeat. it can be a bit of a pain to automate depending on how complex the melody is. it gives it less of a staccato effect. (unless thats what your going for of course) even subtle changes can have more of an impact then one would expect. i know iv been surprised many times by doing similar stuff and kinda wish i had tried it sooner.

keep up the good work! ^^
