Rendered vocals are slightly behind in DAW vs in SynthV

Hello!

I've just finished tuning a cover, and so I exported the wav files from SynthV2 and put them into my DAW, Waveform 13 Free, to get started with mixing them. However, after adding the instrumental track, I found a very strange issue. For most of the song in the DAW, the vocals fit the instrumental perfectly. Once it hits the final chorus, the vocals are suddenly just a hair behind, and I have no idea why! At first I thought that it was because I put the wrong tempo into the DAW, and I changed it to match the SVP, but that didn't work. Playing the exact same audio in the editor reveals that it's perfectly timed there, somehow. Do any of you know why this is happening?

I've fixed the problem, kinda. I thought that because the song has a silent section right beforehand, I could just make a cut and delete a teeny bit of it. And somehow, it worked! I cut out an eighth of the silent section and it lined up perfectly! I have no idea why this happened, this is the exact same audio file as I used in the editor, but it worked and that's what matters.
