I’ve wondered this for a few months, however I cannot buy a voicebank without knowing, what’s the best place to buy one?

It really just depends on which voicebank you want. I suggest going to the appropriate wiki page for the ones you want, because they'll have the respective purchase links (using Macne Nana V4 as an example, you can see where under "voicebanks" there is a drop down menu with purchase links for ahs, the vocaloid shop, amazon jp, etc.)
