Even if Lee himself wasn't responsible for it (as per the Twitter discussion), the existence of the reference itself seems clear enough. I mean, her name's there, and the art seems like a clear enough reference.
Having seen this, I want Miku in the next Avengers movie. I imagine Tony Stark would have some hilarious nicknames for her.... It's a nice fantasy anyway.
