Tuner recommendations?

[xBaoyux]

So here's the context. I've been thinking about commissioning someone to make an UST for a song that currently doesn't have one, and then perhaps tune an UTAU so that the song has a cover. The song currently doesn't have any covers at all nor does it have an UST, and I've been thinking about commissioning someone to change that.

However, I'm not very familiar in the scene. I've been wandering around on VGen in search for people I could possibly ask, but I don't know if there's already people known for their decent tuning/UST results around. I have commissioned some people in the past, but their results were okay at best. It's nice to have a lot of options on VGen, but it's a bit to the point that I've stopped seeing the forest and I feel like I'm looking at the trees instead. Listening to so many samples and trying to compare them gets tiring at some point.

So if there is anyone who has a great experience with commissioning someone else for tuning/making USTs, please let me know!

(oh I should say, the song doesn't even have an instrumental so I can't provide it. From VGen I know that at least some artists need one provided, so if the tuning/UST creation is good I'm willing to charge a bit extra for the fact that the instrumental still needs to be made)

I could try to help! I make USTs for others for free sometimes, and I'd be willing to give this song a try. What's the song's name, and who is it by? I don't tune files, though.
