Hello, everyone! I made this list last year while I wanted a good list of UTAUs to give to people that ask me. I realize not a lot of people download UTAU to use other people's voicebanks, but I'm terminally bad at giving recommendations so I made this to help with it. I prioritized having a diverse array of voice types, but there is definitely some bias.
I realize I made this list while thinking of voice types that are easy to use, not necessarily easy to download. A lot of this list is also native Japanese VCV UTAUs, since I tend to use those a lot. If you get confused by their websites, just ask.

Ah, I might also recommend Boomco's Japanese voicebank! She has an ever so slight Mandarin accent, but she's a very sweet, neutral VB that's extremely easy to work with. (Her Japanese bank is the first download link!)

Sad to say that Shione Lt is discontinued.

Nah, I wouldn't recommend her Japanese due to the encoding mess, which can be confusing even for experienced user.
