Vocaloid authorisation limit reached

So, I'm having a huge problem right now.
A while ago i had some problems with my PC and i lost all my files. Today i wanted to download vocaloid and it was working out until i got to the authorisation part. It keeps telling me i reached the maximum number of authorisations, has this happened to anyone else? can anyone help me figure it out?

You have to contact Yamaha ( and/or the responsible company when it comes up to voicebanks ) to reset the activations for you, vocaloid products can't be activated infinitely without deactivation, sometimes it's outside of the person's control and computer acts up, but when it can be helped, it's important to keep in mind to deactivate your vocaloid editor/s and voicebanks before resetting your computer, you feel like it's on it's last legs and such.
