We're currently having issues with our e-mail system. Anything requiring e-mail validation (2FA, forgotten passwords, etc.) requires to be changed manually at the moment. Please reach out via the Contact Us form if you require any assistance.
The only way I manage is by convincing myself that I really don't mind shots and blood tests and such. When people talk about how squeamish they are or how they hate needles, I admit that they don't bother me.
Eventually you start to believe it, and you don't remember that it's not true until they're prepping the needle and it's too late to back out.
