The Medium5 boxes can still be purchased (without codes) on the Taobao page! And, a friend of mine managed to contact someone at Dreamtonics (?) somehow or another and got the Editor/Aiko boxes. There was a miscommunication and he got two copies of all the boxes, so I split the cost with him and he sent me the extras!
