Not really, it's compatible with UTAU resamplers, not all of them tho, and it uses it's own wavtool so you can't set that up.

It has native phoneme support so you don't have to deal with the vcv and cvvc and arpasing and doesn't require Japanese local. There is a tonal change but it's not major but sounds great on soft banks. It's very early on but very promising.
