Luka bias and Luka V4 user, I have been summoned
Some traits of her voice that comes to mind for either version: she's very versatile (works well in a variety of genres, can pull off cute and mature even at the same time) and also her soft and husky voice (while her V2 was more husky, so is her V4 English and her V4 Japanese retains her softness)
