I've also been trying to register for Utau Wiki 2.0 for weeks, these websites hate me :(

Utaforum is working fine for me, but i don’t know about sign up emails. Maybe try to get a re-send? Or maybe try a different email address?

I tried both of those things, and contacting support

I signed up with a gmail account, so that should be fine.
