Yeah! The whole "rate limiting" thing is because Musk, in another "brilliant" move decided to limit non-verified users to viewing only 600 tweets per day. After that you can't use the explore/search and it's a toss-up whether anything loads on your timeline or not.
Kind problematic, esp. for small content creators like myself. That's less people who are able to my content and the number was already small to begin with. :(

It's even better than that lol...even the "verified" users are capped at a surprisingly low number. So they're paying to not use Twitter, after an hour or so of use, basically. (I think just hitting the button to go to the top of your timeline counts as reading all of those tweets too.)
