Maybe try something like this? I did it with a Japanese Vocaloid, but it could probably work with English ones as well. You have a few tiny notes (with R's) preceding the one you want to have a rolled "R".

It kind of works, but the result sounds less like a rolling R and more like a stalling computer engine. Still, thank you! I'll make it work somehow.

Maybe it's just Oliver being Oliver? Do you have some other engloid installed on your current computer that you could try it out with?
