That worries me. How long does the dizziness last? By extreme, do you mean the room spins or your eyes get starry or something? You might need to go in and get it check out. (I'm worried because two years ago, I woke up and randomly couldn't walk in a straight line without crashing into walls or turn my head quickly without nearly puking, I suddenly was suffering from vertigo which lasted several months and I needed anti-puke medicine and medicine which made the dizziness stop for a few hours.)
