I tried contacting Tenso directly. I included the receipt. I don't know what else to do. To add insult to injury, it's not even for me: I ordered it for someone who couldn't use their card on the site, and they've already payed me back. I'd take the plunge and just buy it brand-spanking new and send it to them if I had the money, because I feel horrible it's taken so long.
