This is really cute!! And this is the 1st time Ive heard of the of Tianyi concept and I see why it was abandoned, it would be kinda weird having this alien singing in chinese when claiming she doesnt speak human language

@patuk Yeah, it's easy to see why, but I still think it'd make great fodder for certain fics. (There's another one I've drafted up - at least internally - where Ling goes about an ordinary day with Tianyi, detailing how they manage to understand one another despite them not knowing each other's languages. Of course, it'll be heavy on the TianLing fluff.)

Yes!! It is pretty obvious why that concept went unused but dont think I'm stopping you from exploring it further! Thats what fan fiction is for after all and I wouldnt mind seeing more of it because it's really cute! I'm not from the wiki so I'm not gonna stop you from having fun ftgyhu

This reminded me....I've heard chinese vocaloids have more extensive backstories written about them so I gotta check them out! Especially about Yanhe cuz you already know about my bias towards her fgyuh

Ugh. I was literally just on the wiki (Tianyi's V3/V4 isn't listed on Taobao so I was seeing if there was an alternate link outside of the Vocaloid shop. There is not.) and That One Mod That Replies to Everyone was harping on the difficulty of Rin and Len's power VBs (on Tianyi's V4 page... Never mind that Len V4X Power is like one of the easiest Vocaloids to use...). And yeah, they've got quite a lot of backstory, as well as several animated videos made shortly before Tianyi's original release! I don't remember if any of them featured Yanhe...

While I try to track them down, have the first Yanhe song I ever heard.

Yeah from what Ive noticed they really like bringing up Len and Rin into every conversation, after that utau Kaito thingy happened they uh..are kinda starting to become infamous. I wish nothing bad on them, I hope theyll reflect on their behaviour and will become more open minded.

@patuk I found them! No Yanhe, sadly, but it does feature Tianyi kissing Ling and Moke dancing like Michael Jackson.
