May I ask what makes downloading off-vocals from outside mainland China so difficult? Maybe I could help somehow?

Most off-vocals get posted to pan.baidu, which requires an account to access, and accounts can only be made if you have a Chinese phone number. (I've read sources that say you can use an Android app to make a Baidu account from overseas, so I'm downloading an app that'll hopefully let me use Android apps on my computer, and we'll see from there.) I found the off-vocal on another website, but every few seconds there's an audio watermark, and the only way to eliminate it is to purchase the off-vocal. I'm totally willing, because it's the equivalent of $1 USD... but I can only buy it through either Alipay (not the international version) or WeChat Pay, both of which refuse cards that aren't issued by Chinese banks.
