We're currently having issues with our e-mail system. Anything requiring e-mail validation (2FA, forgotten passwords, etc.) requires to be changed manually at the moment. Please reach out via the Contact Us form if you require any assistance.
Well this complicates matters greatly... they're going to my Gmail account, so I decided to change my account registration email to my Yahoo, just in case that's why they're not going straight to Spam. So I go to my Vector account, and... my Yahoo account IS the one that's registered.
