I don't think that's it. As one of those younger fans, and I've also talked to several others at that It's not really a case of adapting to it in a glorifying way, but rather as a coping mechanism. Whether such songs are satire or not, a lot of them have helped us through tough times. I could name a couple that have helped me! For some, we almost see ourselves in those songs. I can see your concern in that, tbh I used to take in songs that way a few years ago, but then I stopped. A lot of young fans are already dealing with tough times before they got into vocaloid music. So in a way, these are a way to know that they're not the only ones feeling that way, and self project themselves through that. I admit, some may take it too seriously, but it's not in the way you're probably thinking
