In Synthesizer V, you can see the list of ARPABET phonemes by going View > Open Phoneme Viewer, but I don't like how it's organized (it's in alphabetical order and it's hard to tell consonants vs vowels apart quickly).
So, I made a color-coded chart that cleanly arranges special characters, vowels, and consonants so you can find what you're looking for fast.
In addition to being categorized by sounds (ex: all possible "A" sounds), it also has the equivalent X-SAMPA phoneme used by Vocaloid, so people switching between the two programs is easier.
On top of that, it says which IPA symbol is associated with each sound, so that you can reference a dictionary (such as Cambridge Dictionary: Find Definitions, Meanings & Translations ) to create accurate pronunciations without being confused by how to convert IPA to ARPABET or X-SAMPA.
