I agree that Yamaha might keep V5 going for a while longer compared to previous versions of Vocaloid. I can't see how V6 would push the program further, aside from additional language support, and even then, that's something that could be done within a V5 update. I think Yamaha has been moving...

I didn't know IA Talk was voiced by a different VP! No wonder I hated it automatically when I first heard it - it didn't sound like Vocaloid IA at all. (The more I hear about what 1st Place have been doing to IA over the years, the more sad I become, because she's one of my favourite Vocaloids.)

I'm still mad about IA English not being a Vocaloid, because I knew her voice wouldn't be as high quality in CeVIO compared to Vocaloid. (Plus, from a producer perspective, you can't really do bilingual Japanese and English IA songs because you can hear the differences between the two engines...
