nice questions!!

so.. for the Creators Market, the first thing I recommend is to save the webpages of Creators Market as PDF on your phone, so you can have all the map and producers info on your screen even offline. Here are the webpage for Sendai, Osaka and Tokyo:

For both Sendai and Osaka, you need to wear the wristband of the exhibition of that day in order to access the Creators Market, since is a paid-only area. For Tokyo, the Creators Market is inside the main exhibition hall, so once you are in the exhibition, you can access it:
* A ticket (fee required/separate for each admission date) is required to enter the exhibition venue where the Creators Market is held.
As you can see from the websites, the Creators Market opening/closing hours are different, so please check well in advance. Usually, it opens 1 hour later after Exhibition opens, and closes 2 hours early (but again, check well the hours on the main website because things could change).
For example, Tokyo Creators Market time is 10:00-16:00, and the exhibition time is 9:00-18:00 (last-entry 17:30).
In general, a line will be made about 1 hour-30 minutes before. A staff member will hold a sign at the end of line, and if you're unsure, don't worry and just ask to the staff member (they wear Staff t-shirt), because there will be different lines for Creators Market, for the live concert, for the official goods shop, for the other booths, .. so always check the holding signs of end of line.
Some popular producers (like PinocchioP or Luna*) will likely have extra long lines once you are in the Creators Market, so that's why it's important to have the map on your phone, so you can check their table position.
How easy is to have a CD signed by the producer? It's not super difficult, but but!! For each producer, please check well their twitter page, they could write some information about the Market. It's different for each producer and artist, but I recommend to line up, once you are in the exhibition and have the wristband, as early as you can. They sometimes delegate work to staff members, but usually you find them I would say 75% of times. They are surely there during the opening hours.
And it's not rude at all to ask for a sign on the CD jacket, they love to be there for their fans ^u^ sometimes they might not be there for having some rest, eat lunch, or even go to one of the live concert (yes, they enjoy the concerts together with all the fans). After you bought something from them, you can politely ask in easy english if it's possible to have the CD signed by the producer, and if there is other staff member, you can ask if they know when they'll be back, so you can come back there.
Enjoy your time in the Creators Market and I recommend to check the other producers and artists tables as well. I have some friends who are producers and artists that attend every year the Creators Market, and if you're interested in their work, it's always good to support them by buying something there, some CDs and goods are so nice and can't find anywhere else

Another tip is: if you have a thank message for them, it's better to handwrite it on a letter and give it to them. A nice gesture (you might already know) is to give it by holding it with both of your hands and make a small bow at same time, as a sign of greeting and respect. It's ok to handwrite the letter in english, they can translate it later. Some producers might know some english, but I always recommend to learn some basic greetings in japanese, they'll appreciate a lot!
And about the calls, you mean cheering during the concert? Don't worry, just be yourself and if you'll attend more than one concert, then you'll learn a lot from the first one, especially penlights movements and some cheerings during the songs. For some songs, you'll feel to applaud at the end of the song, I would say follow your heart, and whenever you feel, do a nice clapping. And if you have 2 penlights and the person sitting next to you doesn't have a penlight, is a very nice gesture to give one ^-^
Also, here are the official rules of Waiting/Viewing:
- Please refrain from wearing hats, dressings, cheering goods, etc. which may block the view for other audience members.
- Do not wave cheering goods other than glow sticks. Ring lights within the regulations may be used.
- Excessive waving of glow sticks may cause trouble to other audience members. Be careful to not block the view of others around you when cheering.
- Please cheer within your designated seat space.
- The concert will be very loud; please be careful for young children.
- Jumping, standing on your seat, and bringing in your own stool to stand on are prohibited.
- The concert will be approximately 2 hours long.
- Taking pictures and recording video or audio in the concert hall are strictly forbidden.
- Although photography inside the exhibition is allowed in general, there may be sections where taking photos and audio recording are not allowed depending on the content. Please follow the indications as well as the staff's instructions.
