you can try with eBay (or something similar), you can buy directly from Amazon JP (it supports overseas shipping with most of products sold and shipped by Amazon JP, the interface has English option too), or use a proxy shopping service to buy Vocaloid products from Japan and have them shipped to you, for example::seeu_lili:
