There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A DLL required for completing the install was not able to be run. Please contact a support representative or the package vendor.
I installed from both the disk and the website (via activating the trial into the full version) with no issues so I can't be sure what's up. Have you tried redownloading if your'e using the latter method? Or even just switching to the latter.
Or possibly try running the System File Checker (you can Google this) as this is more a Windows issue, rather than a CeVIO issue.

No problem, just let us know how it goes. Besides that I'm not sure how to help, and I'm not sure if the CeVIO team has an EN support team (yet, anyway).
