I installed from both the disk and the website (via activating the trial into the full version) with no issues so I can't be sure what's up. Have you tried redownloading if your'e using the latter method? Or even just switching to the latter.There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A DLL required for completing the install was not able to be run. Please contact a support representative or the package vendor.
I tried downloading older versions of CeVIO and this error still pops up.It's something like:

Or possibly try running the System File Checker (you can Google this) as this is more a Windows issue, rather than a CeVIO issue.
Well, I tried using the System File Checker that you mentioned, still no luck. :/ Thanks for trying to help me tho~No problem, just let us know how it goes. Besides that I'm not sure how to help, and I'm not sure if the CeVIO team has an EN support team (yet, anyway).
