I used Fukase (English) to sing freely tomorrow. I am wondering if anybody has some helpful tips on tuning him.

One of my favorite tuning tips is this: find some good pre-made VSQxs (Plug & Plays, we call them), load them up, and look at how the author handled the parameters. It can be for Freely Tomorrow or it can be any song you'd like. The point is, find something you like and want to emulate in your own cover, then look at how other people do it, and maybe try doing that yourself! The best way to learn is through practice and study. Best of luck to you!
