Ito : I believe that when someone works on something they find interesting, they are passionate about it and great things emerge. So, as long as it doesn't disrupt work, I'm open to tolerance.
Ishikawa : Our design team has previously been given the opportunity to create clear files for the company with their own designs, and they've even encouraged us to create certain merchandise. I'm very grateful that they recognize our passion and motivation for their work.
Ito : As quoted in the opening paragraph of "The Future of Creation", I believe it's important to find enjoyment in everything you do. I actually believe that technology can be a powerful tool in turning interesting ideas into tangible forms, and we've equipped all of our staff with tools to help them in their work. This is like a "new pen," so to speak, and I believe our job is to use that pen to draw new views. The exciting future will continue, so we'll continue to develop our business in close collaboration with creators, while also taking an interest in new technologies.

-Finally, I would like to ask something more to Ishikawa-san and Akama-san, who participated as President Ito's interview partners in Episode 6. Please tell us the most memorable creative story that has happened to you since joining the company!
Ishikawa : The most memorable job was designing an ad for a music magazine, which I worked on early in my career as a designer. I still vividly recall our President often telling us to "think before you create".
Creating a one-page ad, where we repeatedly checked and revised with him to ensure the design truly communicated the viewer's perspective and accurately expressed the product's features, was the starting point for me in the world of "creation". I still hold this approach dear, and now, as a team manager, I make a conscious effort to share the ideas I learned back then with my team members.
While production methods and workflows have changed dramatically with the development of new tools, I intend to continue to value the same attitude of considering "who to communicate what to, and how".

Akama : I'm currently in charge of a wide range of back office work, but I originally joined the company as a recruiting administrator. As meta-creators, we "create what we make". Our company is made up of a combination of the capabilities of each meta-creator, or each employee. My responsibilities have expanded from recruiting administration to recruitment and human resources recruitment, and I'm now more involved in finding new members for the company than I ever imagined when I first joined. It may not be the same as creative activities, but for me, "creating" an organization through my experience at the company has been a fun, stimulating, and irreplaceable experience every day. I will continue to do everything I can and need to do to achieve happiness for society, the company, and our employees!
We sincerely look forward to hearing from anyone who has something they want to do at our company!
