The non-monetizable base FaceRig suite usually costs $15 by itself with the Pro licensed software costing $65 on Steam. There's a ton of vocaloid & voiceroid avatars (including an official Alys one which is normally selectable within the software) available for FaceRig on it's Stream Workshop page. This bundle price is only good for two weeks as of the making of this post.
Note: if you want to use Live2D models, you'll have to purchase that upgrade (usually $4) separately as it's not included in these bundles.
