I have a quick question regarding the accommodation plan. Since it's lottery this time around, do I only pay for the hotel if I win?

Yes, all ticket lotteries in general are free to apply, then your card gets charged only if you win that lottery.
In any case, I recommend to read well the terms of this year acomodation plan (once available), since is based on lottery, so there might be some differences compared to previous years ^-^
It's indeed interesting that there is lottery for the accomodation plan, probably because they saw that many fans wanted to apply for the plan, but couldn't because sold out in a short time.

Hopefully this is the route they'll go. I get that there was Pokemon involved but now that they're permanently making the switch they gotta go big or go home. I'm curious to know how they'll transfer this setup since there's multiple locations and all PokeMiku shows were at the same venue.A beautiful example of how good LED display can be during a concert (PokeMiku live in Tokyo a few days ago)

Good point! An advantage of using LED display is about the logistics, not only a color/contrast calibration is not needed for each different venue setup (while it was necessary for the projection screen), but also moving the stage setup from one city to another is easier and more quick. It's also possible that the LED screen is rented from an external company specialized in concerts setup, so they might have more than one LED screen available

After the visual galore that is the Voltage concert, I hope that concert is the standard CFM strives to match with this year's Mirai concert. We had two Miku concerts going for a BIG LED style visual (outside of the Colorful Live concerts): DecoMiku and Voltage.
