Suggestion Producer Appreciation revamp?

(and yes, I've skimmed this board to see if anyone had a similar suggestion, but the last relevant one was from 2019 and is likely out of date)
I've noticed that the current format of "one song, one thread" doesn't invite much discussion as a vocaloid listener and I'd really like to discuss music more.

I would personally like to see threads dedicated to producers as a whole under the Producer Appreciation section, or (less likely given the disorganization) weekly/monthly threads dedicated for sharing songs released in that week/month, but LMK if you have a better idea.

Added a 'Producer' prefix to the Producer Appreciation subsections to make this easier, and adjusted the rules. I'm unsure if there is high enough activity for regular discussion threads, but any user is more than welcome to post a Monthly/Weekly song recap discussion if they wish!
