Question about Yowane Haku

I know she's not exactly a Vocaloid but her voice is made through the engine so I guess we're fine
A lot of people use her model in MMD videos for the song "Love and Joy." Even though the actual vocal sounds like her, it sounds to me a little bit too realistic for how far Vocaloid was at the time. Is Haku actually used for the song or is it a human vocalist?
