Requesting feedback on song that's been WIP for like over a year

I actually had a couple specific questions
First,

Are the pitch scoops on "heart" too much? Should I save it for the second part?

Second,

Is version A more understandable than version Zero?

I think the pitch scoops sound fine! It doesn't sound like too much, and suits the song. To me, version A sounds more understandable.
