it's difficult to say which you would like, since they are all so different, so you should check the wiki page and the official channel, try watching some of the videos and then you'll feel which Vtubers you like most
(I also recommend to watch some of Hololive japanese Vtubers with official or fan-made subtitles)

I watch Delutaya, sometimes, been supporting her for a while.So I would reccomend her. I've been out of the scene for while so I wouldn't know much else.
Hololive EN is a good start so I say that too.
If you want to watch smaller YouTubers I highly recommend NEXAS. All of its members stream on an app called AniLive which is basically similar to IRIAM in a way that you can gift streamers, in which the gifts can be purchased with coins. Some of its members stream on YouTube and/or Twitch if you don't want to download anything. It's very easy to communicate with the streamer on AniLive since from what I've seen because there's not a lot of viewers watching the streams, as my messages have been read by streamers and can notice who joined a stream. (Yes, it's that one "battle royale" agency that gained noteriety back in April teehee)
