I'd guess that your VSQx file (The file that stores the notes/lyrics you've been working on.) has been corrupted somehow. If you have a backup version, you could use that. Otherwise, I'm not sure there's much you can do except start over. Maybe someone else will have a suggestion I'm not thinking of, though.

I keep saving it every little bit now.
