If you're looking for "easy to use", be warned that English in UTAU (and arguably UTAU in general) is technically complex and difficult for beginners, with perhaps the steepest learning curve of any mainstream form of vocal synthesis. Studio Ogien has tutorials and a variety of English UTAUs that may help you - but expect to learn a lot of jargon! At minimum you'll want to familiarise yourself with phonetic systems, phonemizers, and resamplers.

UTAU Repository is a relatively new site that also provides an easy way to find UTAUs.

As much as I love Adrian_Medium, I will say if you're using OpenUTAU you're better off with something in VCCV or CVVC. OpenUTAU has Phonemizers, which make it so if you type a word in and the voicebank being used for it is in the correct format, it'll automatically assign phonemes. I'd personally recommend AERIS VCCV, as she's a high-quality voicebank in English. Do make sure you have storage space on your computer, as UTAU English banks take up a LOT of space.
