WhiteCUL's voice provider, Tsumika Oda, has provided
her statement on the situation. Previously, she alluded to moving away and seeking legal advice, while Zan-Shin claimed the delay was because they hadn't been able to set a recording schedule with her.
It appears she hasn't been paid for any work she's done so far (possibly referring to her Voicevox voicebank from three years ago); she was due to receive payment after the V6 voicebank was completed, but the amount offered was less than half what Rosa's voice provider was paid. She also loaned money to the company, which hasn't been repaid despite an agreement being made. On top of this, she describes doing art and design work, again unpaid. From the translation, it appears they pressured her to continue despite her wanting to leave the company.
She mentions Zan-Shin engaging in deceptive practices, such as hiding her comments and using her characters in ways she wasn't happy with; acting as though they owned their copyright despite her not having signed over their rights. She alludes to being scammed out of a very large sum of money.
tl;dr I do not expect a WhiteCUL voicebank with Oda from Zan-Shin unless this dispute is somehow resolved (which right now looks more like it'll be concluded in court), but I hope her voice provider is able to release a character she's happy with at some point. I love her voice, and I really like the design too.
