SynthV doesn't run very well for me either despite having a pretty powerful laptop, so you're not the only one! In fact, SynthV actually closed when I tried to draw pitch which caught me off guard hshshshd

Hopefully your new pc will run it super smoothly though!! :ia_ani_lili:

Oh good it's not just me lol! My laptop is actually pretty good so I'm surprised at how much synth v chugs along, it doesn't crash much or anything but it's SO painfully laggy. It makes doing anything in there a chore because it just takes forever for the program to respond :gackpo_ani_lili:

Thank you :D!! I cant wait to have a stronger computer for fl studio and video games and such.

Unfortunately, it can be quite unstable. Think launch-era V5, except no one dares to criticize it because Dreamtonics is a direct competitor to The Awful and Evil Yamaha™️. It's a spectacular editor, but much heavier-duty than Gen1, so there's still plenty of kinks to work out.

yeah, i remember when synth v gen 1 first came out i downloaded it to hop on the eleanor forte hype like everyone else, and it worked great!
but then a kind friend gifted me saki and i was like oh boy time to use saki :) and i download the new synth v (is it called synth v pro? i cant remember) and my computer said no >:(
i also dont dare buying v5 because i dont think my computer could handle that, although ive heard it's gotten more stable over updates, i fear that it in general requires hire specs than what my lil' laptop has.

Hey, V5's another good goal for a new PC! I actually have more troubles with SVS than I do with V5; again, it's just a matter of time and their respective companies hammering out all the kinks. By the time you've got better hardware to work with, I have faith it'll be more stable!
