i mean, i got numerous vocaloids reset on activations when i contacted them. my PC died so i had a hell time getting it all on my new computer. however for a few i had to contact the companies directly- i specifically recall contacting zero-g and powerfx who reset them for me. if you havent contacted the individuals you can (mainly english ones) i suggest you do first, and then contact yamaha. the less loids you gotta ask about the better off you'll probably be lol as usually the smaller companies are just quicker at responding. you cant give up if you havent even tried!
