Oh gosh. What’s the song, if you don’t mind me asking?

Not at all! It's Music of the Night. It's one of my favorite songs of all time (I attempted to Engrish it with Gakupo when I first got Vocaloid, which went... about as well as you can expect), and with the announcement that Phantom of the Opera's leaving Broadway in a few months, I felt like it's time to finally go for it.

I used the vocals from the Karimloo version of the song because its instrumental reacted to the split best, and it gave me a good midi that I could easily build off of! But it WON'T KEEP THE VOCALS IN TIME WITH THE MUSIC.

Off-the-wall idea: what happens if you split the track into separate wav files at the spots where the tempo changes? Then run each segment through Melodyne individually. Not sure how much of an improvement that would be over doing the MIDI by hand, but it might be something.
