yes, they told me change my pc to japanese and I did that and doesnt work
thentold me run compatibiliti mode

Just to be extra sure, which settings did you change to make your environment match a Japanese one?
Because you have to basically change everything, even putting Japanese keyboard as your main one and change the local time, else it won’t work. It could be that there are certain minor settings that haven’t been changed.

The only thing I can't change is windows enviroment since my windows doesn't allow me to change the entire windows system since it says "Your licences just allow you to have 1 lenguage"

Than that’s definitely the problem, as you must change the entire display language. To change that in Windows 11 it says you have to upgrade to Windows 11 Multilanguage or Windows 11 Pro (which I believe requires you to pay for them unfortunately)

edit: ok, 11 multilanguage isn’t a valid option as you need the Windows development kit for that and to install everything manually. Pro, on the other hand, costs around 260 €.

At this point, if you really want to use Seika, I’d recommend to downgrade to Windows 10, as it offers multiple languages by default.
