I thought the drums sounded best in track B. For some reason, they feel tinnier and less satisfying in track C. I'm guessing track C is ripped off of YouTube for sure. I'm going to guess track B just because it felt the 'fullest' for me, but A and B felt really similar to me.
n.1: wav
n.2: compressed normal bitrate format m4a
n.2: compressed a bit higher bitrate, probably opus
the source for both 3 was very good (CD in your case, and the other 2 maybe CD too or a digital store), and in my opinion, both youtube and niconico offer good audio bitrates (niconico usually is better). The problem can be the source, the software used for making the video (some video editors offer the option "quick rendering" which results in a lower bitrate for both video/audio) or the playback itself, especially now youtube "likes" to slow down on purpose or going down on playback quality because of the whole "ad block thing", but then I use software like yt-dlp to get the things done and save the media without worries
for audio mixing tutorials, the quality can be worse because the source file uploaded is already compressed (for example using a screen recorder like OBS, is rare to use not compressed file to save disk space and CPU usage) and it depends a lot on the audio equipment. a dedicated sound card is much better than the integrated sound chipset for example.
