Gosh I feel you on customers lol, I told this lady something she wanted was an extra charge and she started cussing me out today. girl i dont make the rules dont shoot the messenger

I told a man who asked that we probably don't carry hot glue guns, and we're habitually understaffed, so everyone was busy and I felt it wasn't worth asking about when we're a stone's throw from a major crafting retailer who definitely does. I was heading to the back for my lunch break, and the guy who asked stopped me, held up a hot glue gun, and said "You DID sell it." I apologized and went on my way, and as I was walking away, he said "Dumb bitch."

And he STILL wasn't the worst person I dealt with today.

Oh no, the honor of Worst Person I Dealt With Today goes to none other than Karen! She had the haircut and everything. She barged in demanding to use our computers (not the customer computers, OUR computers, behind the counters) to print stuff out from her website. I explained that she could email us the pages she wanted printed out and we'd take care of it, but she would NOT have that, because she's a BUSINESS OWNER, and she can't trust a RETAIL WORKER to handle matters of her business!

What was her "business"?

Avon. Which honestly shouldn't have surprised me at all.
