Someone DID make a karaoke version of the first part of the last half of the song, but it’s the first part I’m desperate to cover. THAT needs an instrumental.

The tabs to both songs are on Ultimate Guitar (gives you a sheet music file to download/use in Guitar Pro, which you can then edit the sounds for and export as real BGM). It just doesn't have information on the singing melody. If you want, I could "render" the BGM of those songs for you if you would like to try to figure out the vocal melody in order to make those covers.

As you may already be aware, there are various isolated Iron Maiden drums, bass, guitar, and vocal tracks on YouTube. They're not the best quality thanks to lossy compression, but it is possible to rip the audio (sans vocal tracks, of course), mix them together, and then do your vocal synth thing. But be aware that Iron Maiden does not record to a click track, so timing the vocal notes will involve a lot of manual labour.
