I prefer digital, yet somehow I'm better at pen and paper, especially when it comes to lineart. I'll delay a drawing for days if it means I don't have to do lineart:ring_ani_lili:
Also that drawing is magnificent!!! :kanon_lili:The eyes are so cute!

thank you so much!!! i definitely dont have a defined art style digitally so i do something different every time and i liked some of the techniques i tried on that one. and im glad you like the eyes, i have a really hard time drawing faces digitally (i love to draw them traditionally but idk why digital makes it such a challenge) so i always cop out and do little dots or lines for eyes lol!!!

traditional drawing just comes so much easier to me, digital feels like im drawing with my opposite hand or something, everything is so much more challenging!! :gackpo_ani_lili:

You're welcome!! I adore cell-shading, and you did it very well here. You should make a thread and post your art there, maybe everyone can help you find your artstyle by giving you tips. Personally I think the little dots or lines are adorable and make your style stand out from the rest! I'd love to see what your traditional faces look like as well. A good comparison picture between the two could help you figure out which style you'd want.

Agreed. It's so wildly different, you have to adjust to so many things. I don't know what program you use, but I recommend watching youtube tutorials for it. If you use Clip Studio Paint, they also have tutorials from the company themselves and from users on the launcher.
